About VALERIO SCIALANCA
Nato il 14-06-87, a Roma, è il componente di due gruppi. Fin da piccolo ha affinato le sue capacità musicali sui tasti di un piano. All'età di 11 anni ha inziato a studiare chitarra, seguito da un insegnante privato. Poi, però, il basso è diventato il suo vero strumento, attraverso un apprendimento da autodidatta, sulle orme di maestri come Flea, Pastorius, Marcus Miller, Dario Deidda. Dopo un'esperienza in una cover band della PFM, ha iniziato una nuova avventura, con la sorella "Sonia Scialanca". Con la band giunge alla finale per il centro Italia di Rock Targato Italia 2006/2007 XIX Edizione e nel 2009 arriva alla semifinale del concorso Soundislife. Negli ultimi periodi si è spostato anche in progetti paralleli. Dal 2008 entra a far parte dei "The Forum Princes" sull'onda del rock-pop, con i quali solca i maggiori palchi della capitale. Proprio con questo ultimo progetto, Valerio,vince il concorso Nuway (2011), vince una borsa di studio presso la Scuola di musica Sonus Factory tramite il contest Palco aperto (2011) e arriva alla finale regionale di Emergenza Rock Festival del 2010 .Nello stesso anno entra a far parte dei "Box 36" vincendo il "HI-five concert live " (2010). Inoltre diventa il bassista dei "Kruk" ,con i quali suona in molti locali romani, viene ospitato in radio e nel 2011 fa uscire il loro primo album, End It.
Suona nel teatro Palladium di Roma in occasione dell'evento dal titolo SOLI CONTRO TUTTI (orchestra di chitarre e bassi elettrici)
