If not I could simply cite the names of cities etc. Also doesn't the fact that scholars regard the Bible as a source of evidence make you think maybe it is taken seriously? If it were not reliable enough they wouldn't use it. And the quote explicitly mentions things you say don't exist when it speaks of extra-biblical and archaeological evidence for the captivity.
