I know that the Santisima was not good maneuvering,but in a 1 vs 1 fight, Trinidad vs Victory is really hard to say who will win.
What I wanted to say in my first coment,is that history dont talk about the Santisima as a good ship.History reminds it like if it was just one more,because it was defeated without doing any heroicity.But in diferent circunstances,like: A great duel against a British ship,a better luck in trafalgar,taking place in a famous victory...The Santisima would be remembered as it deserves.But that werent the circunstances,the Santisima was just fighting alone against 6 ships,and no 6 normal ships,6 of the best royal navy's ships like the Victory.

I probably have, I seem to attract these Anglophobe arseholes like no tomorrow.

As I type this England just beat Scotland 16-12 ;)
