Imperials are a really good all around melee choice. The racial ability can only be used once a day and makes no difference in most encounters. If you're wondering what race to play, just play any race for about ten levels to figure out what you want to do. Then start over.

This would be a wonderful idea if polluters were then open to litigation. The epa protects large polluters with their ridiculously small fines. if it weren't for the epa, I could eat the fish I catch at my favorite fishing spot.

It might also be wise to point out the disparity in administrative overhead between welfare and charity. With charity, its less than 10%. With government, its often over 50%. TANF (welfare) administrative costs make up over two thirds of the budget.
