안정된 성대의 느린 떨림으로 몇 개의 음을 천천히 상향 진행하면서 안정된 호흡과 느린 성대 떨림을 연습합니다.

*방법: 지난 레슨과 같은 방법으로 기본도(C)에서 미(E)음까지 두 번씩 반복하면서 진행합니다. 편안 편안 또 편안해져야 합니다. 20~30분 정도...

시작점은 발성상 가장 좋은 후두의 편안한 위치(혹은 느낌, 소리)를 말합니다.

이때 후두는 가장 넓어지고 목소리가 둥글고 부드럽게 나오는 가장 이상적인 위치가 되고 공명강 전체의 울림을 사용할 수 있게 됩니다.

이 시작점의 개념(힘빼기)을 느끼지 않고서는 발성...

일정한 량의 공기를 성대에 공급시키는 연습입니다.

①올바르게 서거나 올바른 자세로 앉는다.

②몸과 마음의 긴장을 푼다.(연습 시작 전, 연습 중간중간 가끔씩 스트레칭을 해준다)

③'짧게' 공기를 마신다.(이때 아랫배가 살짝 나온다) 혀의 위치는 바닥에 편하...

소리내기에 앞서서 중요한건 육체적인 긴장과 정신적인 긴장을 풀어 주는 것입니다.그렇게 함으로써 일정하고 정확한 호흡을 성대에 공급할 수 있고, 그 호흡을 매개체로 이완된 성대가 저음에서는 느리게, 고음에서는 빠르게 진동을 할수있으며, 올바른 공명강에서 소리를 풍부...
