Out from the ashes of Too Bad We're sober, Psychosis arises a new (but similar) band. With less metalcore, influences, and more Melodic death metal, Psychosis has set in motion a wave of songs that are heavy, but also melodic and epic enough to give you the goosebumps. Something that bands have tried but don't really get the hang of. We've decided that if the song doesn't give you goosebumps or doesn't hold your attention long enough we won't have it. The lyrics range from apocalyptic themes, to being based on Braveheart, and Edgar Allen Poe's works. Much of the music is inspired by both Swedish, and Finish melodic death metal, as well as a few North American metalcore acts. It's hard to know where we will go with Psychosis, but hopefully far enough that we can inspire a few bands in the future. We would like to end by saying "music should strike the hearts of men, and bring tears to the eyes of women" we hope to do that in each and everyone of our songs So we hope you enjoy our brand of Melodic Metal. We are Psychosis!
