There's a lot of anime I like. Sailor Moon and Dragon Ball some to mind from the old days. And .hack/sign. From something newer I enjoyed Death Note and Kara no Kyoukai. Right now I love Fate/zero and can't wait for more episodes to come out!
Hard Question since I like many. But I would have to say Sola with Koihime Musou coming very close behind (Both Japanese Anime that are not released in America).
