He's laughing because at 1:19 some guy tried to stage dive and missed, totally bit it, hit the barrier in front of the crowd and fell back onto the ground hard! I was at this show just off to the side and it was a moment I won't ever forget, I laughed SO hard. This was held at Oaks Park in Portla...
