more
Sarah Palin. Michelle Bachmann. Herman Cain. Rick Perry. Newt Gingrich. Mitt Romney. Ignorant idiots, pathological liars, homophobes, xenophobes, racists, science denying, insane religious fanatics, every one. Yet somehow 3 of these candidates said God personally picked them to run. Obviously God's standards have gone down the toilet. Death panels. Communists in the government. 999. Jesus will make it rain. Colonies on the moon. Corporations are people. This is the best Republicans can do? Insane inhabitants of a completely fact free universe? Obviously George Bush was not the bottom of the Republican's barrel. And Rick Santorum is their lead candidate now? The guy who thinks contraception is evil? Women should be kept barefoot and pregnant? Gay sex is the same as sex with animals? Satan is attacking America? Obama is using colleges to indoctrinate students? Obama believes in some phony ideal, some phony theology ... not a theology based on the Bible, a different theology? The sky is falling and only the Catholic Church can save America? Did I die in my sleep and wake up in Bizzarro World? Here's what Rick Santorum said on TV today about separation of church and state. "I don't believe in an America where the separation of church and state are absolute. The idea that the church can have no influence or no involvement in the operation of the state is absolutely antithetical to the objectives and vision of our country...to say that people of faith have no role in the public square? You bet that makes me want to throw up." Maybe someone should tell him he's not running for Ayatollah, and if the Constitution makes him want to throw up maybe he's applying for the wrong job! If you don't like America Rick, maybe youshould move to Iran! We have to put the grown ups back in charge before it's too late. We have to vote every single Republican out of every single office in November and in all subsequent elections. Oh yeah - for anybody who might be wondering why I didn't mention Ron Paul? The fact that he would even be in the same party and on the same stage with Ayatollah Santorum and the rest of these clowns and lunatics disqualifies him too.

Rick Santorum has stated it as fact, that Satan is trying to destroy America, so when he says President Obama's policies are not "based on the Bible but some phony theology" what do you think he's saying? He's saying that Barack Obama is the Antichrist and he must be dethroned or America will belong to the Devil! A simple message tailor made to scare votes out of superstitious simpletons. It must work - he's in the lead! Now even though the Constitution says they're not supposed to, I guarantee you pastors in churches where the kind of knuckle draggers who would vote for an lunatic like Rick Santorum worship, are preaching the exact same message to their congregations. Churches are not supposed to endorse any political candidate or ideology. That's why they get tax exempt status. Yet churches in America routinely violate the First Amendment. Until churches respect the clear separation of church and state our founding fathers established in the Constitution, it's time to take away their tax exempt status. Until they can keep their sanctimonious noses out of everybody else's business, no more tax free money - no more special treatment. Freedom of religion also means freedom from religion. The Constitution says you're free to worship any way you want but the trade off is that your beliefs have no place in government. When you break your half of the deal, the deal is off. We're in the 21st century people - we have to stop pandering to religious groups and showing them respect, essentially only because they're ignorant, brainwashed and delusional. Why the hell should I have to help finance their war against women, the environment, the government and the rest of us who don't believe the fairytale crap they do? What planet do these people think they're on? Every single life-improving advance made on THIS planet has been due to science and technology -- and humans, not gods, have made them all. Religion has done absolutely nothing except get in the way. There's a fundamental difference between science and religion. Science is based on facts and reason. Religion is based on fear and ignorance. Science explores the unknown. Religion just makes it up. It's time for the grown ups to take over from the whiny little brats in fairytale land. It is a fact that no religion on earth including Christianity has produced one single scrap of valid evidence to support any of their magical claims in over 2000 years. So somebody tell me - how the hell is that worthy of a tax exemption?
