All my video's are done on the hardest difficulty, I don't record from the difficulty select screen for the simple reason that anyone could easily just edit the video during the loading screen and replace the rest of the video that was done on a easier / harder difficulty anyway therefore it wouldn't prove anything.
On a side note the only thing that changes with the difficulty level with most/all splinter cell games is how quickly the guards react and start shooting when you get seen (it DOESN'T effect how easily or how fast they see see/detect you) they also do more damage with higher accuracy on the harder difficulty level's, so in short unless you get detected during a mission it's basically impossible to know what difficulty it was recorded on as it wouldn't make any difference anyway.
