I love nature. I love to grow all kinds of plants. My latest interest includes learning what "wild" plants can be eaten.I enjoy a mostly raw diet. I enjoy bike riding in nature far from urban settings. I am currently creating an edible landscape on my property in the hills of Central Texas using organic methods.
