@loveguitars I bet he lack's core strength though. Look at most every gymnast(which are the athletes with the highest strength to body weight ratio) and their insane ab workouts they do from v-ups to hanging leg raises to human flag levers...and their abs are ripped and strong as F*ck.

@FreerunJonas I meant all the other haters saying mean stuff about this guy just because he didn't say the right name when in the end it's the same movement and that's all that counts. Not sayin you were bein negative

For a first one that's pretty good.. A little more wompage during the break downs would be pretty sick but all in all not to shabby.

@josef0skate0sebas I agree completely with you but you'll look that much better if you leave all the negative words like "cocksucker" and whatnot out when your talking about them so you don't stoop to their level...But very true point there.

@OpenCarryAlabama You can shoot back from anywhere but chances are if two people with ak's(assuming they are decent shots) starts shooting at you when your in a car your pretty much fucked because cars don't make good cover against assault weapons
