I run Primal Energy. We specialize in MMA and old school strength and conditioning workouts.
I myself love working out out with kettlebells, sledge hammers, ropes and all sorts of old style training.
I enjoy training MMA and love the outdoors. Mountain biking, camping, climbing and kayaking.
