I take issue with jonasion describing this as "Synchronisation". Calendar synchronisation is normally (IMHO) used to describe a process where calendars on two separate platforms are made the same - i.e. a change on one platform is reflected on the other by 'synchronisation'. I think 'integration' IS a better way to describe this.
But I do agree with his comments about the presentation. For the "number one resource for outlook training" this is a very poor advert for their services.
