This stuff really works! I'm a C-6 quad and I owe a lot of my recovery to a work out routine just like these videos.

Winberline23, to answer your question regarding our C-2/C-3 client. He is classified as having central cord syndrome, so his body is healing from the legs up. He can move his legs fairly well, but his core and upper extremities are somewhat weaker. Best of luck to you!

i was diagnosed as having sci c-4-c-5 level, and i had difficulty in standing straight and walking, though minimal pain i experienced when i stretching my lower body parts specially my legs, i walk thru the help of cane, though i can stand alone but only on a period of short time, if i stay stand longer i develop pain on my hips and feet, , i understand that c-2 c-3 case of sci is worst than i am but i am amazed by this video, the patient seemed to stand straight, why is that so.
