Takeru, honestly, that song is amazing. Two weeks later and still going strong. Now the only question is, will it defend the throne? AYABIE on the RISE, 10 Debuts including the phenoms of Lolita23q, SCREW, D=OUT, 9GOATS BLACK OUT, Yousei Teikoku and more surging to the top....
To start off, let's address "Bad City" - Lolita23q's latest single which peaked at no.2 on the Oricon Indies Chart. When compared to the absolute bliss that emersed from the previous single, the first impression may be somewhere between 'boring' and 'unexciting.' I don't disagree, but look beyond that and you have a high level of instrumental composition, complete with well-above-average vocals and outstanding lyrics to top it off. Listened to this about 30 times over the past week, and I can say without a doubt - it is amazing.
Next with SCREW's masterpiece "The Abyss" from its latest album "BIRAN." Some people complain that this song is boring, which I don't understand at all. Just pay attention to the pure addicting nature of the song overall, with the lyrics ever-so-captivating. Find the translated subs at all costs if you don't understand Japanese. (Oh, and the PV is quite simply amazing as well, hmm...?)
Now, we have two songs debuting in the Top 5 this week that are both outstanding J-Rock that isn't Visual Kei. When speaking of J-Rock, most people automatically go off talking about how amazing ONE OK ROCK and all these other well-known groups are, but there's plenty of good music in the underground. Take ROTTENGRAFFTY and Left for example. These two artists are almost never heard of in the public sphere, yet most of their songs are purely epic. It's all personal preference I suppose, but I LOVE these two songs. (...and yes, they are from December 2011, but keep in mind that no weekly countdowns were done in December)
On to Previews. Sorry fans, but not too excited about Blu-BiLLioN's new single...mostly because the song sounds essentially no different from every other song with PV the band has released to date. I think it's great that Blu-BiLLioN is focusing on one specific theme and sticking to it, but I just wish the band would expand its talent further out (since all members have great potential).
Angelo's Calvary. as heavily promoted by myself, is finally qualified next week. As is the new Plastic Tree and Alice Nine. As far as PT - great music as always, but still not enough to surpass "Replay" from '08. Alice Nine...love the second half of that song.
BugLug's attempted repositioning of its music-type seems to be a success so far. "Guillotine" sounds much better than any of its previous songs.
Now for the bad news: it is becoming more evident, over time, that the need to completely wipe out my entire hard-drive and restoring my laptop to factory settings is indefinite. There are just too many issues as a result of all the viruses and malwares that leaves this to be the best option. It will likely take a significant amount of time to restore the system back to a point where I can edit and make countdown videos, which means the LMN Chart as well as all other LMN Activity will be on hiatus indefinitely once this process is initiated.
Right now, we're looking at about possibly 1~3 more weekly countdowns before officially going hiatus. It is highly recommended that you follow the LMN Facebook Page to stay up-to-date.

Viewer Voting ~Chapitel 5~ (2012.03.01) - Format Control:
In this week's voting form, you have the power to choose what format you want the next and only the next countdown to be done in. Top 50? Top 40? Top 30? or even the coveted split system between J-Rock and J-Pop? You decide. note: of course the final decision will be made on which ever options accummulates the most votes.

Mr. Taxi - Girls' Generation/ S.N.S.D Dance Cover by 'St.319'
Hiiiiii =D, It's been a long time since St.319's "Beautiful" dance cover video. We spent so much time for preparing a BLOCKBUSTER PROJECT which named "TAXI DRIVERS" "TAXI DRIVERS" concept is a new experience for you guys from our fashion, our acting to our dancing skills. SNSD's "Mr. Taxi" choreography is just as catchy as the song itself. The girls are all dancing a lot more fluidly than they have before, working together like a well oiled machine. The routine has been cleverly structured to simulate driving a car, with the girls busting out some steering wheel moves on the song's hook while sliding around and looking just as sexy as they always do. Let's enjoy !
Special Thanks to Nick D, Thu Phuong Nguyen, Huyen Coco More Informations in : www.facebook.com/st319dance Much Love St.319
