Exercise: I have videos from Turbo Jam (plateaued) and Hip Hop Abs (not exacrtly what I thought). But it is not becuase of these workouts themselves that I am not fit, it's my own fault. I am about to get P90x. A girl I work with is actually a studying nutritionist. So she's gonna stay on my case.

Pull ups and Chin ups are a big part of P90X... but you don't necessarily need a bar. My door frames don't support a chin up bar, so I use my resistance bands with the door attachment. They aren't as challenging as they would be with a bar, but I am seeing definition in my back, so something must be working. :) I bought the B-lines band set with door attachment from Beachbody (I think it was $45)- but I'm sure you could find something suitable at a sporting goods store as well. Hope this helps, girl! Can't wait for you to start BRINGIN' IT!!!

I am happy if I can motivate in any way! You're definitely taking steps in the right direction by getting P90X and joining the online community. It's a great program and the people are wonderful on YouTube as far as support and encouragement. Remember we're here for you and we want you to bring it and get awesome results!
