@Anarchyffan BS I upright row with 110 lbs without any problems at all. Perhaps YOU might injure yourself with more than 20lbs, there's nothing intrinsically wrong with the exercise if performed properly.

@Tirius9393 That's not what he says though is it! Whenever I hear someone talking about light weights for toning in the gym I always correct them cause it's such a load of crap :)! If you want to tone up, lose 2 stone, that'll help a lot more than messing about with a 5kg dumbell xD
