Nice video that you have posted. I left you a video response also with my short demo of the practice. Did you see it? My goal is to introduce this practice through my youtube channel to as many as possible. I have different playlists there that you can check out.. for instance "ashtanga yoga school" - where I teach the poses of the primary series in short episodes and "restorative practice" - which is a short led class.

You are doing a fantastic work! I am fascinated from ur astanga yoga demo. Not only the flow of all the postures is unsurpassed but the video as well is matchless!
Please make more such beautiful videos, which will inspire countless people to move a bit from the sickening pc to do something good for the body and mind.
