There is a LOT of talent on YouTube, or so I have discovered. I'm not a musician nor a performer of any kind but I do like to encourage and promote youthful talent. Some of them just blow me away with their incredible abilities.
I can only follow a few. There just is not enough time for all the wonderful talent on YouTube. I try to feature videos from those I follow in a somewhat random fashion. It's not much but if it helps encourage and promote these talented youngsters then I will be satisfied. I like all of them, they have such great personalities. Check them out and maybe consider promoting your own circle of talented youngsters.

AND while you're at it, consider BUYING the iTunes versions of their songs and videos. It won't cost you much and it will help these YOUNG ARTISTS defray the COSTS of making these videos. When you visit their channels, just check for an iTunes or similar announcement. I consider these young artists to be as good and as worthy as many better-known stars. GIVE them a BOOST by supporting them on iTunes.
