This 2-handed technique is not difficult to learn. Like many others, I taught myself by just watching the videos of Osku and Jason on Youtube.

This technique is ideal even to be taught to children age 7-10. After few lessons, the beginner will be able to throw the ball with revolutions that he didn't knew he had.
