The Kalpavriksha campaign conceptualised by Isha Foundation and Phat Phish Records, is a determined effort to reach out and save our beautiful planet by simply planting trees.

It's time for people to take direct charge of the planet in their hands. Project Kalpavriksha is a people's movement. To plant 114 Mn trees by 2012. And increase the green cover substantially in a short period of time. For every tree that is sponsored Project Kalpavriksha ensures that a tree is planted and nurtured in the country as a part of its Project Plan. The Target for Year 2008 is 25 Mn Trees.
