lol guys, he just overclocked in the BIOS, if you have a OEM one, then you have to change the motherboard to be able to Overclock.. (Or if you have a K10.5 CPU Compatible Motherboard, you could just use AMD's OverDrive Software.)

@Gamet00b If you want to know what the motherboard needs to support to get it over 256MB is a feature called "SidePort". SidePort is like a Port that is Used ONLY for Intergrated GPUs (Except for Intel IGPs) and can make the Shared RAM run almost as fast like a Dedicated VRAM.

Lol, this is not even 60fps since each frame skips so much especially when he is using the Sniper Scope. Even if you think it is over 100fps, he could just used 3:2 pulldown and simulate the twice of the FPS.
N.B. - Btw Fraps doesn't even support recording at over 60fps.
