@JesterEve I agree. Raccoons are so charming, and mischievous, but harmless unless protecting themselves. He scouts around and steathly nips the rug, so funny, they have little hands which is cool. Appreciate all animals for who they are, and respect oneself, that is where it starts.

What a special experience for you, an absolutely beautiful bird, their metabolic and locomoter capabilites are incredible, so efficient. They generally continuously eat, and almost instantly use up the energy from the necter or insects eaten.

It must be very distracting to the lions who are dealing with life and death to have people so close, that was not responsible on the part of the guide. Lions like people need their space.

Both are magnificent animals, absolutely deserving conservation, intelligent, and exquisite physically in all ways. Each one has intrinsic value, meaning value in itself.

Cute as buttons as cubs and exquisite looking stealth and intelligent as adults. Unlike some humans alot more predictable in it's nature, they kill only for food and as quickly and humane as possible with the throat hold, cutting off air to the prey. There is no lion serial killer on record!

I love lions they are so sociable, I like the way one of the little cubs meanders on top of her mom, so precious. Mom is so gentle and patient, lion mothers for the most part make excellent moms. Thank-you for posting the video.

Hmm but why is the mama dog tied on such a short rope to the dog house, that is not right, I hope that is not a usual custom. She would never stray far from her pups and her new addition the lion. Dogs need to be able to move around.

@springlake03 Absolutely I agree, there are lots of people who do, it is one of the most rewarding jobs there is working in animal rehabilitation, and caring for those that need human assistance.
