To go under 50 minutes is phenomonal, Michael could easily get in the top ten in a tour de france time trial stage.

I was never any good at 10 mile time trials, much preferred 50's allowing me a bit of time to get going, no chance of doing that in a 10 though. Have a lot of respect for these guys that do sub 20 minute times, amazing.

Roller training is easy, try doing a 50 mile time trial on a Scottish course in wet and breezy conditions, I would beat you all with ease.
