All our chocolates are made fresh with all natural ingredients and with no preservatives or artificail flavours.

We use primium Belgium chocolate (dark, white, milk and single-origin) and our ganaches and centres are made with a range of herbs/spices, fruits and nuts.

Many of our ingredients are organic and fair trade and we use Made-in-Manitoba products whenever possible.

Our packaging is biodegradable (except our keepsake boxes). The Stained glass boxes and hand painted cards (with chocolate of course!) we offer are made by Winnipeg artists.

We have other shop-made chocolate items in store such as a made-fresh-daily-chocolate drink, chocolate covered almonds, a variety of chocolate bars, bars, and a tasting squares. and some lovely take-home/office desserts.
