@scheie0 No, the English words are actually used in these cases. In Pakistan, the word "wakeel" may be used instead of "lawyer" but generally many English words are understood and even preferred ex. TV, computer,soup, doctor, engineer, ice cream, etc.

For Hindi/Urdu speakers: notice the numbers from 21 to 30 are exactly the same except that the "s" at the end is dropped off. ex. 21 in Urdu =ikkiS 21 in Punjabi-ikki.

For Hindi/Urdu speakers trying to learn Punjabi: note these are exactly the same as the Urdu numbers except a nasal 'n' sound is added to the number from 11-18. And instead of saying "uneeS" , in punjabi, it's "unee". And for 20, "bees" becomes "vee".
