@benlorenc Brufords really playing games here....never plays a song the same way twice..Ive seen this at least 15 times live....he varies on playing the up beat the downbeat..playing fours over it etc...good luck

@XxStrongDrums1996xX he's also a highly schooled drummer who can play in virtually any genre and a noted historian of the instrument and author...and most importantly the guy who met Vinnie Colaiuta and convinced him to follow him to Berklee and thus was born the greatest drummer of our era

@DCussen Neil probably made him play this sort of solo vs the type solo Steve would have played at berklee...when you're a hired gun you do what's appropriate for the gig and in an 80's arena rock days you have to play for everyone all the way back to the nosebleed seats...you can't do that show...
