I am a 'Retired' TeleMarketer & "Phone Warrior," having retired in April, 2009 from a Website Redevelopment Corporation, http://esxinc.com.
I have recently started my third year of retirement and my only question & comment is - what took me so long?
I have spent a Total of (33) years in direct sales of which (20) were spent on the telephone as a 'Tele-Sales or Tele-Marketing' Account Representative; primarily engaged with 'Outbound' sales callings; for a variety of companies and products/services. This experience helped me develop and "Fine-Tune" a skill that many people fear and avoid.
My retirement activities revolved around being the primary care giver for my 89 year-old Mother [ until her death in April, 2011] and my Home-Based, Internet Sales and Marketing ("Independent Sales Representative Status") business, which is supplementing and [very soon] will replace my social security income sometime in late 2012. My TM experience is also helping me find a PT job to supplement my SSI Income! Once I can Totally Replace my wimpy $1383 SSI income with my Internet income,. I can then at that time be able to start making 92,000 voice broadcasting calls - monthly; which will then give me the number of prospects to REALLY make my business excitin!g!
I am a recent Grandfather, my Granddaughter was born on Christmas Day, 2009, at 01:30 AM and both Granddaughter and Daughter are doing fine! Her Dad has deployed to Afghanistan in the Spring of 2011 and is about 2/3 finished with his second tour, and about ready for R&R in Late February!
I am an "Unashamed and Apologetic Christian" ( Romans 1: 16)..."For I am Unashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ..." and I choose to worship with the Seventh Day Baptist [NOT 7th Day Adventist] Church!
I have been a Professing Christian my entire life and confess that I , "Ponyhunter, aka Hcw,jr., as the Apostle Paul confessed, when he wrote that he was "The Chief Sinner Amongst Sinner," I too, confess (here on this very public forum) that I am a 'Chief Sinner among Sinners' but pronounce and declare BOLDLY, that there is Salvation at the Foot of the Cross; therefore, I cling to the Dramatic and Virgin Birth of the Lord Jesus Christ, His Most Miraculous Ministry, the Passion of His Death, The Power of His Resurrection, The Glory of His Ascension, and the Righteousness of His Position on the right-hand of Our Heavenly Father, where the Heavenly Father has said to The Son: "Sit here, while I make your enemies your foot stool." (Psalms 138).
Although I am ABSOLUTELY fascinated by All Types of Online Affiliate Selling and Marketing Techniques & Strategies, & love my home-based office [it has become my refuge] & love my home-based office and computer system, I am MORE FASCINATED about the Promises of God to all those who will Confess, Make Retribution(s), Accept, & Proclaim that "Jesus is Lord and He is the Messiah," & that if we accept & believe in him; that we too, who have believed will share in that Powerful Resurrection at the Sound of the Trumpet on that Great and Terrible Day of the Lord's Return!
And keep in mind what He said...
"More Blessed are those who have NOT seen and yet believe, than those who HAVE seen and not believed!
I think this was His way of giving us all a warning about the state of our Salvation through either our belief or unbelief!
One other scripture reference to remember & that is the ENTIRE BOOK of Romans which Martin Luther described as the "Cornerstone of the Christian Faith," especially the 8th Chapter.
Remember what Martin Luther stated at his ex-Communication Trial...
"Here I stand and I will NOT be moved!"
As previously stated, I am Totally Fascinated & Intrigued with Website - Internet Sales & Affiliate Marketing Strategies; especially website development, updating, & construction; in fact, I will start a blog during the 1st Quarter of 2012; my former boss-president used to tell me...
"You're just like a little sponge when it comes to new computer-website information."
I have been marketing primarily with emails & article generation & just recently, I am starting Video Promotions & Voice Broadcast Marketing.
I started video marketing with YouTube because of what Rosalind Gardner has been stating & forecasting [ for several years now ] about video promotions; so please visit & view my videos, leaving me some feedback & comments as to what you think, so that I can constantly be improving & redeveloping what I post.
Oh yes, I almost forgot, I also have a so called "Prodigal Sister," although I have no use for her - or her dysfunctional family! There are a lot of family dynamics that center around their threats toward my Mother & Father & then denial of their threats, even when presented with a sheriff's report. As Forest Gump would say," and that's all I have to say about that!"
