@triniusmcwife 2/2 if the mother does tear, she's apt to have a lower blood loss. Being on your back is not very comfortable for most pregnant women in general. A woman being comfortable is pretty crucial to a natural labor. :)

@holocaustexpert Risk of what exactly? Because hospital births certainly aren't helping our infant OR maternal mortality rates. Those are through the roof. And recent studies are beginning to show that home births have exponentially lower rates of both.

@kikibaby071st Of course it doesn't have to be orgasmic. Not even all of the women in the documentary this jackass is referring to even have orgasmic births. The idea of the movie is to portray documentation on positive births w/o anesthetics!

Have you asked your doctor if it is ok to not pinch? I am going to start giving myself injections and I would just worry that it would go below my subcutaneous tissue... When I was in the hospital I HATED getting these shots!
