@andrewepdolan Sorry to say but its simple.....you do not have THE RIGHT to resist an officers arrest, "put your hands behind your back" do it..right away...at that point in time you are not LEGALLY allowed to resist. If the officer made an improper arrest..bring your witnesses...bring your video...
