I know that when androstenedione and androstenediol were put on the market. They were shown to spike testosterone, but it wasn't a lasting increase. Steroids will give a more sustained increase in testosterone or at least the analog that you're taking.

Even in studies, weight loss wasn't very impressive with CLA. It supposedly builds muscle and burns fat. You have to make sure it is the right "isomer" or something like that. Some CLA is totally ineffective.

I'm pretty sure that when you come off the stuff, you're body's going to notice that it has more testosterone than it needs. It'll probably slack off a bit until its back to its normal state.

Couldn't do ECA because I'm allergic to aspirin, but I certainly did EC. While on it, it really worked. Its just hard to come off of it. I felt really lethargic after. It killed my appetite, but it came back with a vengeance once I stopped.
