The mission of the GSA (gay, straight alliance) is to:
● Promote awareness of the GLBTQ (gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, questioning) community.
● Decrease/Stop discrimination.
● Offer support and help to GLBTQ students, or anyone in general.
Our reason:
We believe that Prospect Mountain High School should have a Gay-Straight Alliance because students here frequently use negative comments against GLBTQ people, as well as discriminate.
