This arrogant response has destroyed nothing. He's made absolutely no concrete rational criticism of Objectivism whatsoever - he's just relied on his facade of intellectual superiority via a condescending tone to imply that it isn't worth commenting... the last resort of the man with no argument.

This instrument is total garbage. I owned one for a year, and all I ever wanted to do was pitch it out the back of a truck going 80 MPH. Horrific. No sustain pedal, inconsistent volume across the keyboard - a totally cheezy toy-like knockoff of a Rhodes.

This isn't how people behave toward one another at all...unless you're a leftist - to whom the entire human race is nothing but self-absorbed emotion-driven wrecks.

I first heard this driving through Chicago. As the quiet middle section came up, I was looking up at a clear blue sky above all the massive skyscrapers - it was absolutely surreal...

That little riff Petrucci does in there at the end of the first several measures where he apeggiates and then moves up a half step and does it again - that's better than most guitar players entire repertoire...

I think their guitar player(s) were better than Steve Howe - of whom I've never understood the adulation. Some of his solos sound like he just learned how to play (on Relayer for example)...

This was a fantastic album. Unfortunately, Rutherford completely sold out once he saw all the cash Phil was making writing absolute mindless garbage. The album after this - I can't even remember the name - was a perfect result of the musical train wreck that was the '80s...

Nice because it gets over with faster. Crappy song, crappy album.
