My name is Cometessa (Come-Tes-Sa) when you figure it out let me know;-). First thing first I would like to Thank YoU for stopping by and taking the time to read about PLUGME TV Where We Connect. I FEEL TO TELL YOU MY BACKGROUND, SO YOU CAN UNDERSTAND WHAT I DO, AND WHY I'M DOING THIS. ABOUT COMETESSA: Well, I have been in the music industry for 11 years, I started as DJ, where I had the best trained me, both brothers one DJ for Smooth The Hustler, and the other deejay for Onyx, and the names are DJ DUMMY who's Currently Common's DJ,and DJ LS 1, who does his thing at a radio station in Miami; to get back to my history I was suppose to be Madame X female DJ, the deal fell of that was the end of that. Shortly, in 1996 I was introduced to promotions by FANTUM the producer of BANG'EM BEATS Inc. by the way check his space page www.myspace.com/fantum07 Since 1996 I stuck with promotions, fell in love with the industry even more, due to my photography and footage skills, I was able to meet lots of industry heads. My background in promotions is very heavy, Started with Fantum on "General's" street team. From there worked as an outside contractor with another street team which started with my self as the 3rd partner. Worked for Priority Records worked on the Up N Smoke Tour, DVNEE Promotions, Milk Promotions, Atlantic Record now Jive Records, Karl Kani, XXL magazine, Cross Colors, Bad Boyz Entertainment,"Empire" The movie, No Limit Clothing, 2nd BET awards contest, Miranda Movies "BIG PUN", still not a player, Wu-Tang & Wu-Wear clothing, Sunz Of Man, UBO.net, Vibe magazine, Elektra Records,Dame Grease & The Vacant Lot Records, Mint Skittles/ Mars Division Inc.Branched out started my own street and my list goes on. While grinding with promotions, my college days back in 1993-94, I was known for starting the club hour parties on campus, the girl with the camera that does the interviews on campus, takes pictures and battle others; in the circle I was one of the original Stumping Ground Dancers and the only female in the group while the well known DJ CLUE ? was the dj for our college club hour parties. A few years later in 1999 I was asked to host a show on 91.5FM WLIB New York, from 2000 to 2003 where I programmed and hosted my own show. Due to my music entertainment background I have what it takes to bring out the best talent in the industry; that are hidden this is where Plugme TV comes in an order to give YoU a chance to expose your talent to the viewers by interviewing you. My job as your host/Cometessa is to research your talent/interest, and air it an order TO HELP PROMOTE YOU. Plugme TV, Where We Connect is definitely in it for the love of music, and also with the understanding that unknown talents need as much as promotions an order to be heard/BUZZ and of course I, Cometessa have paid my dues and now it's time for me to help you; while WE create a buzz for us.
