@JeremiahDaradal it is. I live downtown. Go up into the housing streets and it gets bad, but downtown (off Pine) you will see so many cops it's unbelievable. Thats a safe area with a lot of people who come to drink and have dinner. Really nice area. We do, however, have one ghetto ass walmart.
