As we hope you've already gathered, we love to eat, drink and cook. Then we love to talk about it and share our culinary experiences. We love eating out and trying new foods, as well as trying delicious variations of our favorites. But, even more, we love trying to recreate these foods right in our own kitchens. We do not have commercial kitchens, and our goal is to find ways of creating great culinary creations without them. Thousands of great dishes are cooked in home kitchens around the world everyday, so we don't think our goal should be a problem accomplishing. Working with some basic kitchen utensils, and occasionally letting you in on some time saving gadgets here and there, we'll use our kitchens to "figure out" dishes through trial and error.
Please don't be fooled by the name, the dishes we at Please Order by Number work on are not only of the cuisine you would find at establishments where our namesake is found on the menu. We enjoy all kinds of foods from all over the world. Whenever we come across something we like we'll let you know about it and share with you the process of making it yourself. Further, we'll take new techniques and flavors we acquire along the way and incorporate them with familiar flavors and techniques, a.k.a. fusion.
We're excited that you've joined in on our culinary adventures, we're all in it together. So please keep us informed of what areas you want to explore, as well as any suggestions you have. You can contactus with any comments, questions, concerns or advice at: PleaseOrderByNumber@gmail.com, or you can comment on the appropriate post.
