One thing I hate about having bipolar disorder is rage. I say things that hurt people or other people hear what I say and it can sound so explicit or hateful. It makes me feel so bad. It happened today. :(

I am also going for disability but I feel very unmotivated about it. I have my hearing in 2 months. I hope it goes good. We have bipolar. Things aren't going to be perfect for us even while taking all the medications, eating healthy, sleeping right, not drinking. But we try the best that we can.
