@Sizzle1247 Yes. Sam was a very conscious Black man. Well versed in Black history. He had a fairly large library of books on Black history. He was also close to Ali and Malcolm X. Sam was ahead of his time.
@mestresombra Hmm...Malcolm's parents were Garveyites. MLK grew up in a relatively suburban household. The KKK is/was its strongest in places like Indiana--not necessarily the South. Malcolm advocated violence as a tactic, whereas King embraced non-violence as a philosophy. There's a difference.
