Good analogy. A bullet does have a sleak design. However, regardless of how many platforms you stand on, your legs and arms don't change length. Anyone who knows anything about the spinal erectors would never extend themself futher than the floor because at a certain point the erectors become too long and shut off. How do you not know that? Watch the video again. Kettlebells are cool, but the magic is in the body. A bullet doesn't shoot itselft, someone has to pull the trigger

I agree with richbooob below you really have no idea what you are talking about and it is sad because most of it is basic knowledge and basically common sense for trainers. you say that it's not the weight of a bullet that kills you it's the speed. guess what gives it that speed. it's shape and it's aerodynamic design. which is something you can benefit from with a kettlebell. also with deadlifts you stand on a raised platform so you can get all the way down. how do you not know that? and you can do it with essentially straight legs. this is sad.

Just progress correctly, start with a 2k ball and the slowly get heavier. Without knowing much about you i can't recommend it too much.
