I agree with you, people should not just accept whatever might be handed to them, because it might not be the Truth! Everyday I feel less like a part of the Word (by World I mean societies and norms created by men) and more like a sojourner in a foreign land. I increasingly find that society has nothing of any real value to offer me - not even morals or ideas. I can't believe how people just eat up what the television, radio, internet, and newspapers spit at them.
