Plague Language is the brainchild of Noah23 and a collective of Hip Hop artists from Guelph Ontario Canada with a particular brand of abstract lyricism. Plague Language was at one time an underground label that put out American artists such as Penny & Orko Eloheim, but with Orphan's departure around 2004 it returned to a Royal City based rap family.
