Just found your channel and really am enjoying it. I use the same dough recipe as yourself with the olive oil. Was downsized out of a job(after 11 yrs)last year and couldn't afford pizza delivery with all the charges and I tip nicely. So learned to make my own and after learning to make a great crust(sometiems using AP or Bread Flour)came up with my own spicy meat sauce and no longer want to order delivery.  Pizza chains are uninteresting and being a pizza perfectionist some ingredients go under the cheese and some on top. Yes I am that darn picky, most places won't give you that personal preference. I've already made pizza twice in the last week and will probably do again on the weekend.
