About this user
Hi, my name is Stacey. Call me Stace. My friends do.
My first memory is music. My mother, having tried everything else to get me to sleep at night, put a radio under a pillow in my crib.
I started on drums at 13, but by the time I was 21 I was using an Atari computer to run a Frankenstein's abortion of synths, samplers, and drum machines. While in college, I began to work with a band called Monster Voodoo Machine, and after a year of studio work and live sound and tour support I joined the band onstage and became a visible member.
We ended up with a deal with RCA/BMG, and I got to travel all over North America and meet a lot of cool people. Eventually, we won a Juno Award (which, to non-Canadians, must often be explained as 'the Canadian Grammy).
For better or worse, it's ended up in the creation of pilgrimOmega. I hope you like it.
Hitting up my website can take you to my facebook, twitter, and myspace pages.
