cool channel

hi there. Great channel. Hey I was wondering something. i saw ur vid of the ho 2-10-0 and I'm just wondering how ur loco is even moving. I bought the same one and to this day it still doesn't move. I sent it to Bachmann like 3 times already and almost didn't get it back the last time, and each time i got it back it never moved. I set it on my track and screws up the entire electrical system. I'll put it on 100% power and the light on my transformer box goes to black. It's so messed up but i was wondering if you would know anything about it. Theres a video of it somewhere on my channel.
