Truth appears black for the person with shut eyes. Endeavour the fields of knowledge on the internet, because mainstream media is mainstream for a reason. They will appeal to the general public, and the general public are by default, not interested in the truth. Reason being that they are either unaware of the implications of being wrong (leads to apathy), or are afraid of the truth, and would rather be entertained than informed.

"If it was anything important, TV would have said something about it". This is the mindset of your enemy. Ignorance is the greatest destructive force. If people were informed, things like the "war on terror" would never get off the drawing board.
