MY PHILOSOPHY ON VIDEO EDITING
Video Editing is more than just cutting or splicing clips from raw footage to the final film. It's more than just knowing the technicalities and terminologies of Editing per Se.
Video Editing is telling the story, every cut and transition must be done with precision and must be relevant to the story. It requires a great amount of talent in choosing the right shots, the right angles, and the best color.
Video Editing also requires skills on grammar, mouth shapes, pronunciation. They must also be aware of current events; and they must also know how to act.. For these factors shall be keys to choosing the right shots to use in the film.
Video editing is an art...
that's why I'm a Video Editor by heart.
