The real estate business must be in his blood - as his parents are both successful Realtors. Jim, his dad, has been in real estate for over 30 years, and his mom, for over 20!
Jay, a graduate from Ohio University's College of Business, majored in Finance and Business Pre-Law. He uses these skills obtained to analyze cabin investments, development projects, and other rental properties for clients. Jay is also a licensed General Contractor in TN and has built several cabins in the Smoky Mountains.
