A and B skips - a plyometric drill but also a hurdle drill to work on the drive of the lead leg up to the hurdle. The A consists of the initial drive up and the B consists of the extension when you reach the height of your hurdle trajectory.

Slingshot pistols are great plinking fun. So is Ruger's MK2 .22lr pistol, an all time classic! As a tribute to Ruger, I made a rubber operated version of it - the "Ruber" MK2.
In fact the entire weapon is made out of wood a few screws. But the frame looks a bit like the original. It shoots clean through a wooden plank when fully cocked, but if you only cock it 30% or so, you can shoot it indoors. Very nice for the approaching long winter evenings.
