My TIME magazine says I'm supposed to be on YouTube...so, yeah here I am. Basically, I'm a med student, which, on top of having little semblance of a life, means I pretty much only use one side of my brain most of the time (people who know me might argue it's actually even less than that). I'm hoping the piano is a good workout for the other side (if not, I'm pretty screwed). So... enjoy, and let me know what you think!

*** ABOUT SHEET MUSIC - I get asked about sending sheet music all the time, so I thought I'd clear things up here. I actually play by ear, so I don't have any sheet music to send anyone. Sorry 'bout that! Most of the music I play is pretty popular, though - and I'm sure it can be found in most music stores or online!

I just discovered your videos yesterday and haven't been able to stop listening to them! I think you have a true gift of not only playing piano beautifully, but playing by ear and making it sound like a masterpiece! I've been attempting to teach myself piano for 2 years and am convinced that I haven't hit one right note the whole time because I haven't really used sheet music. But anyway, you are really very gifted and your arrangements are brillant! I know you'll continue to stay very busy in the world of medicine but please keep going w/ your musical geniusness! Btw I'm curious, did you take lessons to get this good?

You really are damned good! I've been listening to your tracks from the newest to the oldest all evening - absolutely brilliant! You really must produce an album or two! If I could play the piano like you I'd be in heaven 24 hrs a day!

If as you say my friend you are only using one side of your brain (yeah right) then you've missed your calling by not using both sides , that was some of the finest melodic playing I've come across and if you play by ear then you truly have a gift , please , please keep up the good work as I've installed you in my favourites and look forward to more exquisite playing , thank you.
